We started selling on Amazon in 2013 our sales on Amazon peaked in 2018 when it was 95% of our ecommerce sales and currently its less than 2%, we don't even check our amazon panel daily now and we don't care if our account gets suspended because of late shipping as it doesn't bother us anymore and amazon itself is responsible for this fall, they didn't care about their old sellers, simply got themselves busy in adding new sellers, geo-tagging of products and many such steps made us take decision to look beyond amazon.
