Easy Ship Pick-up missed for more than a week now
Hi,
For the last week, the easy ship pick up has been missed by Amazon. We are raising the form, but want to know what follow-up needs to be done from our side. we are close to making a decision to move to self ship, as Easy ship is of no use to sellers.

Did you raise an SPS case to investigate this?
You can do it by clicking on the Help button in the top right corner of Seller Central > Get Help and Resources > Investigate Easy Ship pick-up issues.
If you have already done it , please share with me the case ID so I can take a look.

The easy ship pick-up has been missed for second week. We raised this up to support, but they have expressed their inability to help in any easy easy ship pick-up misses or scheduling issues.
