why PROFORMA INVOICE in not enough ?
Would you like to help me understand why a PROFORMA invoice is not enough.
i'm wondering because it's include all the necessary details that amazon ask for. for example:
* my full company name and address.
* my supplier details & address include contact details.
* the product details include UPS code.
* terms of payment.
*shipping address.
* I'm the brand owner.
* product price, quantity
# is my supplier address enough to verify the manufacturing origin?
# How can I show by the invoice that the goods have been sent? ( order shipped )
# should my supplier delete the word " PREFORMA " from the invoice ?

I just went through this problem.
I order from a Chinese supplier and they put "Performa" on the invoice.
Nothing on Amazon is 100%...ever. Seller Support is a mess.
But I asked my supplier to delete "Performa" and....comically....they accepted it.

Proforma invoice is not accepted because it doesn’t prove anything. It’s an invoice that shows “intent” to buy but you actually didn’t pay for anything nor do you have the goods.
If it was paid, shipped & delivered you should have a real invoice. If not find a new supplier.
Amazon wants actual proof you have merchandise available to sell and a proper supply chain.
@Seller_vSOOwekJLU6c0 Asking your supplier to alter an invoice document is a fast way to permanently being suspended if caught. Not recommended!
