High Shipping cost
Is anyone getting very high shipping cost than usual for certain states? and since when has USPS regional rate box been option? I am suddenly getting that option is that something new? can anyone MOD help me figure this out?

That service was discontinued some time ago. Even if Amazon is offering it -- don't bite. USPS isn't offering it.
The boxes may still be used as regular weighted Priority Mail, but there's no Regional Rate service.

1. @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl is correct: Regional Rate Boxes are no longer available from USPS. This is an error that has been reported and is being worked on.
2. Missing carrier or ship method in Buy Shipping
The most common reason a ship method is ineligible is that the delivery date of the ship method is after the order’s promised delivery date.
USPS updated their transit times during this peak time of the year, and they are longer than usual. If the preferred service is not offered, it is because it is not calculated to meet the promised delivery times for those orders.
If you have orders where you believe the available shipping services are incorrect, please either post the Order ID and details, or let me know if you would like me to open up a direct case.
As always, sellers can purchase shipping outside of Amazon Buy Shipping if it will meet the promised delivery date.
