Inactive Listing

Hello Amazon community,

I need some help! I recently made some edits to my product listing and now it's inactive. When I check the 'review blocked reason', it says the 'Product detail page was removed'. But when I click to 'Fix Listing', it shows 'Zero product policy violations'. I'm completely confused. Has anyone encountered something similar? Any suggestions on what steps I can take to get my listing active again?

  • As this post is a little vague is this issue concerning the same topic raised on CASE ID ending in 9631? If yes, was Account Health able to assist with answering your question?
  • If no, was there another CASE ID you raised to Selling Partner Support regarding this issue?
