It's not the task of "Amazon help center" (which is called "seller support") to train new sellers. Selling on Amazon is DIFFICULT and has to be learnt. take 4-5 weeks and watch the videos in seller university. Read the answers in the forum daily. Use the searchbar on top in seller central and study the help pages. Watch here:

Amazon is a "self serve" marketplace. You will need to take the time to learn using Seller University. Seller Support is there to fix issues with the marketplace, not teach how to use it.

Support is there to support Amazon, not the seller.

Amazon is pretty much a self serve selling platform.
