The shipment is inbound for over 60 days!
My product was delivered to Amazon Warehouse on 10/10/23 via UPS (2400 UNITS). The shipment has been sitting there for over 60 days. They keep changing the investigation date. Whenever I open a new case to check where my product is, I see that the INVESTIGATION date has changed.
Despite my attempts to seek information regarding the whereabouts of my product, a bestseller for my business, I've encountered frustration as the investigation date keeps changing whenever I open a new case.Exhausted from repeatedly reaching out to Seller Support to address the matter, I have been informed on multiple occasions that the investigation date is now scheduled for the 19th of December.
I have shared screenshots displaying varying dates from previous communications to show the inconsistency.
Although I sent my items on time, I have suffered the loss of holiday sales due to this situation.
I find it unfair that sellers bear the burden of mistakes made by Amazon.

@Seller_MAhsEsrQ5UYcu I'm certainly sorry to hear this. Given those dates I'd be happy to take a look at the case(s) if you don't mind sharing any of those IDs and will escalate if applicable.
