Amazon Warehouse Deals Leading to Bad Reviews
Hello,
We understand how Amazon Warehouse Deals work, that if our items are lost during inbound, lost in the warehouse or if Amazon takes fault for our customer's order such as item was damaged etc., Amazon credits us for those items, and takes ownership of them and can sell the product on our listing.
However, we've had many instances where Amazon Warehouse Deals decides to list a used product as "Like New," and in return, we receive a negative 1-star review for the used product that is not "Like New," and we have no ability to rectify the issue and contact the customer as the product was not sold by us, but by Amazon. Yet this negative review hurts our brand, listing and sales.
Is there any way to get this negative review removed? Similar to how Amazon will take responsibility for negative Seller Feedback that is clearly due to shipping/carrier mismanagement.

Additionally, can you confirm the following:
- Does the review specifically states that the product came from Amazon Warehouse Deals?
- Aside from the Amazon Warehouse Deals listing, are you are the only other listing on the ASIN?
