Multiple Location with Selfship

I have a manufacturing unit in one state, which is currently set up as a Self-Ship location on Amazon. Now, I want to partner with another manufacturer based in Delhi, who will handle shipping for a different product that I am planning to list on Amazon.

My questions are:

~ Can I add a second and third GST number (for different states like Delhi) to my existing Amazon Seller Central account?

~ Will Amazon allow me to list and sell products under multiple GSTs from the same seller account?

~ Is there any restriction on using Self-Ship or Easy Ship services with multiple GST-registered locations?

I want to manage all listings under one seller account, but with separate GSTs and fulfillment locations. Please advise the correct process to ensure compliance and seamless operations.

Hello @Seller_CTfoFuSa5FozT,

This is Sakura from Amazon. Welcome to the Seller Forums.

I found some relevant information in the

GST and TCS FAQ bout changing GSTIN when shifting fulfillment centers between states:

I have provisional GSTIN from Rajasthan, but planning to shift fulfilment centre (self-ship) to Madhya Pradesh. Will I be able to change or add GSTIN on Amazon Seller Central in the future?

Yes, you will have to get a GSTIN for that particular state and update it in Seller Central.

While it confirms you can update GSTIN in Seller Central when moving to a new state, it doesn't specifically address having multiple GST numbers simultaneously.

For this specific question, I recommend reaching out to your Tax Consultant or GST service provider for clarification, as they can provide the most accurate guidance for your situation.

Regards,

Sakura
