A buyer claims to have purchased a product from me by stating an order number and an ASIN.
But the order number he stated is not on my list and I have never made a sale from the ASIN he stated.
How should I manage a process in Amazon to investigate this situation or how can I resolve the situation by opening an Amazon case?

Tell him to contact Amazon's customer service. It's not YOUR customer but Amazon's.
