FBA shipments not getting picked up, shipments getting cancelled after wait time
I started selling in Amazon 6 months back, I started as FBM initially there were pickup misses and my despatch rate was getting affected.
I moved all my listing to FBA thinking that might solve the problem, but initially pickups were done promptly but now for past 15 days my shipments are not picked up.
Seller support seems to be a joke because everytime I raise a case they give a standard reply that the concerned team have been informed with highest priority only to see that the pickup not happening as promised.

Services of Amazon is really getting bloodly tear out of my eye. My 4th order has been cancelled back to back because of this pickup issue. and top of this Amazon support team reply.
