Getting ERROR 5461 after approval of GTIN exemption
Hello Team,
I am Facing trouble while listing products after GTIN exemption approval.
I have brand name with GTIN Approval, but error 5461 is coming. I am unable
list product under my brand name.

While creating case log, no amazon team is supporting.
system generated reply is came after long awaiting. Still no satisfaction.
I had uploaded all required documents for Further approval (For Brand White List approval)
- product with brand Name
- Boxed package with brand Name
- package held in hand.

please resolve this issue on priority. help me out. i want to list my products under my brand name

Error 5461
For example, you may not create a new ASIN for the brand. The Seller is not authorised to create new ASINs for the brand name that they have used when attempting to list.
You may not create a new ASIN for the brand XX. If you believe that the product which you want to sell is not currently in the Amazon catalogue and should be added as a new ASIN. Copy and paste the following URL in a separate window and complete the form:
If you receive this error, then it is because you are attempting to create a new ASIN for a brand for which you are not pre-approved to create new ASINs.
Creation of new ASINs may be restricted to Brand Owners and their affiliates, retail and pre-approved Sellers if we have verified that brands have listed their complete catalogue on Amazon.
This restriction helps accurately to represent a brand’s entire catalogue on Amazon, protecting brands from possible misuse of trademarks and listing policy violations, and providing Customers with a trusted buying experience. This does not impact your ability to list an offer on existing ASINs.
