opening a business seller account issue

I am trying to open a business seller account, just started, sole trader. ( the £30 p/m account). Having issues as I am forced to log onto my personal account first. Then I cannot see enywhere I can open a business seller account, only an individual account. So....when logged-in I opened a business account ( received an email saying they will immediatley take £30 ) but this is now associated with my personal account not my newly -started business that I want to be the account to use to sell. I have a business bank account and my UTR from HMRC but how can I get past this obstacle of iot being connected to my personal account. At one stage it did mention telephone numbers already associated with the account.....can I not use my personal telephine number with my amazon business sellers account then ? Really frustrating how diffucult it is... any help/advise appreciated...thank you.....

You should have opened your selling account with different details to those you use as a buyer on Amazon.

When I opened a seller account I used a different email address, phone number and debit card to my personal Amazon buying account, with no conflict at all.

You will have to contact Amazon and see if they can sort this out. Whatever you do do not open another selling account as both will be deactivated.
