I am currently nine months pregnant and have been operating my Amazon business with diligence and dedication. However, recently, I encountered an unexpected obstacle: Amazon has decided to hold my funds without providing clear justification or timeline for release.
Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue through conventional channels, I find myself at an impasse. I possess thorough documentation and evidence substantiating all of my claims, while Amazon has failed to provide any concrete evidence supporting their decision to withhold my funds.
Moreover, I underwent a video interview and submitted a message to the Disbursement Funds Appeals Team, as per Amazon's protocol. However, I must express my profound dissatisfaction with the interview process. As a Swedish national, I am proficient in English, yet I found the interviewer's demeanor to be intimidating and the line of questioning to be unnecessarily aggressive. This experience left me deeply distressed, and I was unable to comprehend certain aspects due to the language barrier. The aftermath of the interview left me in tears for hours, making it a traumatic experience during what should be a joyous time in my life.
As a loyal Amazon customer and a committed seller, I am reaching out to this community in the hope of finding individuals who have navigated similar challenges or who can offer guidance on how to escalate this matter effectively. When this occurred, you may have received messaging regarding why it has happened. Would you be able to share any messaging you received in regard to this concern? What type of information have our team requested from you?
When an account is deactivated and you are attempting to acquire the funds, the disbursement will be dependent on the video interview and details that needs to be verified. If it is a matter of authenticity or authorization, our team may not release the funds if they can't validate your provided information. What kind of details were you able to provide during the call?
The decisions made after a video call are going to be final unless you can provide a valid explanation or document. Have they made any additional requests from you as of now?
