How do I contact US based seller support?

To not much surprise, I'm being provided mixed information from seller support. It is easiest for me to clearly communicate with a US based seller support representative. What is the best time to reach them? Do they still exist? We are having a major issue with our payment account, our shipped orders are not reflecting in our payment account. One rep told us that we have to wait a couple hours while the FBM items update on the "back end", and not to worry, it'll self resolve. A few hours later, when it was not resolved, a different rep told me that we won't receive payment until the items are DELIVERED - stating this has always been the Amazon policy - though our account has never processed this way. We've been selling since 2015 and our payment account always reflects the increased upcoming payment balance when we SHIP items. Funds have always released when we SHIP an item.

I'm guessing this is related to the issue noted on the banner above:

Payment dashboard delay

We are experiencing an issue that is delaying updates to the Payments Dashboard. Amazon Seller disbursements to bank accounts are not impacted. We are actively engaged in resolving this issue.

We will update the community as soon as this issue is resolved.
