We are not getting orders because of this issue on the buyer page..still not resolved...i've tried all the possible solutions for this.

just check the HAzmat status or if the good are deemed as dangerous. Such goods are usually not eligible for sale with Amazon Easy Ship. You will have to upload Safety Data Sheet for such products.
