Please help! Account suspended for resurfaced counterfeit complaint from 2022

Hello,

Thank you in advance for your help One week ago, a counterfeit complaint from 2022 resurfaced as a “Critical Policy Violation” that would result in the suspension (72 hours) and permanent deactivation (19 days!) of my account.

Background: The inventory was in fact authentic, purchased through Woot. At the time in 2022, my Woot invoices were not accepted when I appealed the complaint, so I acknowledged/accepted the complaint and I thought it was resolved. Fast forward to last week and it seemingly reappeared out of no where with the only resolution being to have the complaint retracted.

I contacted the company, Glorious Gaming, and they agreed to retract the complaint. That was a week ago, after my account had been suspended. When my account was suspended, the email said that I had 19 days to resolve the issue or my account would be permanently deleted!

Please help me! My business is my entire livelihood and life I can’t believe it will all be gone. I never sold counterfeit products and I was granted a withdraw of the complaint by the rights owner and my account is still suspended and set to be deleted.

Since WOOT! is an AMAZON company and sells AMAZON (generally clearance) inventory, you bought clearance items from AMAZON to sell on AMAZON!

That is the more serious violation than the complaint.

It is very unlikely that you get reinstated since you have no LOA and no valid invoice AND probably used your PRIME account to get free delivery of the items. That one is almost always a death sentence to begin with!

It's too bad that you risked your entire life by NOT learning some basic rules before starting to sell on here. Go sell someplace else but learn the rules wherever you go BEFORE you start selling there.
