I created a shipping label using Amazon Buy Shipping.
I received a call from DHL, today.
The product cannot be delivered because the address and other data are not registered with DHL.
Is there anyone else experiencing something similar?
Is the error caused by me or by Amazon?

Did you open a support case to flag the issue?

I've had two packages actually RETURNED to be for the same reason!!
DHL has not clue why. @KJ_AmazonI'm opening a case now.

If anyone else is seeing this issue, call DHL billing at 800-722-0081
Give them your waybill numbers and ensure that they have it associated with the billing otherwise, your package will be returned.

I have 3 International orders through DHL that are having the same issues. The label generated through the Amazon shipping system but there is no information connected to the barcodes. The 3 orders were returned us but we were never notified of this. We unhappily found the orders at our PO Box.
