I've come across an issue regarding some of my campaigns haven't been gaining much impression.
Keep in mind I've set the bidding to be the highest in the suggested range but still could not gain impression.
Any suggestions or tips on how I could tackled this problem?

Sometimes, you are not relevant for certain key terms.
For example, have you tried setting an auto campaign? Is that working fine?
