About Amazon Patent Evaluation Express
Hello @Steve_Amazon@Quincy_Amazon@Cooper_Amazon@Micah_Amazon@Michelle_Amazon@Cooper_Amazon
We recently received an email from Amazon's Neutral evaluation team stating that our products have infringed intellectual property rights. We are currently considering how to deal with this problem and would like to ask for some suggestions.
I would like to ask if we choose not to participate in the evaluation, which may lead to the removal of our products from the shelves, is there any other possible consequences? We hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible and avoid unnecessary losses.
Thank you all for your help!

Hello @Seller_YXqv4OH4JDuvq,
Thank you for reaching out on the Forums.
From what you have shared, I see that you have been notified that certain products you sell may be infringing on others intellectual property rights and you have questions about this process.
So we can understand and guide you the best, can you share what verbiage is in the performance notification you received about this request? You can also post the notification here, after you have removed your personal information, for us to review.
Amazon takes claims of IP infringement seriously. Even if a seller is infringing IP without knowledge, we will still take action and the seller’s account might receive a warning or be suspended. You should consult an attorney for help to ensure that you have the right procedures in place to prevent IP infringement.
Once you have reviewed the information and questions above, please feel free to respond here, so we can guide you further. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
