Persistent 'Hazmat' / 'Dangerous Goods' false error message

Has anyone else had this problem?

I’m attempting to submit my first shipment to Amazon, but I’m persistently getting the red ‘Product is regulated as hazmat/ restricted dangerous goods and cannot be sent to the Amazon warehouse’ message.

Amazon support have told me (10+ times) that they’ve received my product and that it is NOT restricted/ regulated/ hazmat. I’ve also attempted their recommended fixes multiple times:

- ‘void’ all active Shipping workflow items

- clear cache, cookies

- use a different browser

- log out, log back in (At this point I’m surprised I wasn’t also told to turn my computer off and back on again)

- set up a new shopping workflow item

NOTHING has worked. I am still persistently getting the hazmat/dangerous goods error message. Last week I also went through the palaver of deleting my product completely and re-listing it from scratch.

One strange thing is that when I attempt a new shipping item, it tells me that there is a problem in the Label/Packaging tab that I need to resolve, and when I click into the Label/Packaging tab the red Hazmat error pops up for a second and then disappears. I’ve told Amazon about this too, but still I have this issue!

I’m hoping this can get resolved soon because I expect my manufacturer will be asking me for the shipping address any day now.

Any thoughts? Anyone had the same issue?

Hey @Seller_RoFvZJ87m4dHj, I understand how frustrating that must be and given your details it's definitely baffling. Is there any chance you've opened a case I can look into for more details and to check the ASIN while other sellers may jump in here with their recommendations?
