5 months of Imparting or conveying false information, Mistakes are costly and somebody must pay.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but lies and misinformation, unsupported accusations for 5 months are evidence of intentional misrepresentation. This error could be fixed in 5 days.

I demand compensation for the damage to my business resulting from the negligence of employees, false accusations, misinterpretation of the facts, complete ignorance of the statments of the FDA, the manufacturer and mine.

I want to do business, focus on my products and sales, I provide my clients the best product in the world, I lost 5 months in Amazon's error.

Illegally Maintaining Monopoly Power and Imparting or conveying false information by Amazon's employee.

I had to remove my inventory- it was the result of an erroneous wrong decision by an Amazon employee.

I am filing a complaint, demanding a refund of the costs incurred as a result of the error and payment of lost profits.

Please take it serious, I will not waste my time anymore.

many are in the same boat as you.

when you signed up for amazon iI bet you did not read their "TOS, terms of service)

their house their rules and you also agreed to be removed at any time and no service was guaranteed.

you also probably neglected to watch the 40 hours of seller university before starting to sell..

yes, everyone is a professional, no need to read or watch the videos.

nowhere in the terms of service did they say their customer service was to serve the seller.

in every article it highlights the buyers as the superior beings

good luck suing amazon.
