Been on Selling on Amazon since almost 6 - 7 years. FBA was one of the more convenient things for us.

Only in last 2 months our local ATS keeps on skipping shipment Pick Ups every week. A lot of hardwork and time goes in preping multiple FC Shipments and taking appointments somtimes even at 2 - 3 am in the night to get availble slots.

But After all this ATS does not come for pick up for days. We loose out on sales, health metrics, ad spends and sale events.

Opening case in seller support had also not helped where a simple phone call / email to local Hub manager would solve the problem, seller supports investigation on case goes on till a month.

Some one please suggest what do we do in such a situation. Amazon wants to compete with quick commerce and we want to help them but when ATS shipments planned days and a week in advance are not picked up forget same day delivery.

Hope there is a solution to this.
