Easy ship pickup miss more then 15 days

ear Amazon Team,

My easy ship order is not picked up for the more then 15 days. i have been contacting the seller support so many times my account health show 30% late dispatch. we are take all the preventive measures like call the regular pickup boy even hub manager but A single hub manager's egoistic behavior seems to be challenging or undermining the entire Amazon system. from the past 3 days and all of them are giving an generic answer of fill the missed pickup form. Is closing my Amazon seller account the right decision?

1. Who is responsible for the orders lost?

2. Who is responsible for the money spent on advertisement to bring those orders?

3. Who is responsible for the negative reviews that my product is going to receive?

4. Is amazon going to refund me advertisement money spent and cancelled orders compensation?

We acknowledge that despite having your Easy Ship order ready for pickup, the delivery agent did not pick the order. This led to order getting lately dispatched and subsequent impacting your account.
