Opinions of Amazon Shipping

As per title really - they've reached out to us and other areas of the business have asked if we should speak to them.

Just after some honest opinions on Amazon Shipping specifically.

In short: All the fun and incompetence you'll probably already have experienced with seller support added to your parcel carrier. They were fine when when things are going well, or basically whenever you don't have a reason to contact them and a complete nightmare if you need to reach out to them for something. We stopped using them. Honestly we find Evri better.

We have been using them since May 2023, they are easy to use, reliable, very easy to make claims with. I would highly recommend them

Lose loads of parcels, returns loads of parcels marked rejected by receipent when they havent - then charge you to ship it out again, allow customers to cancel orders when they've been made to order and notify you on collection without messaging.. and lastly raised our prices by about 20-30% within 3 months of agreeing pricing even though we were meeting the quota we'd set with them. (with 0 working days notice... literally friday 4.30pm email saying prices will change monday)

Your account manager hands you off after about 2 months to whats basically Seller support, drivers turn up an hour early and depending on the person its okay,

All in all avoid..

Yes you can make claims easy... but you shouldn't have to make that many.
