ATS is not coming to pickup FBA shipment after rescheduling and creating multiple shipments also been escalated to the seller support team. We cannot afford to self drop so we are relying on ATS.

I have checked that the external courier Bluedart can be scheduled, but they will deliver at their time. will the shipment be accepted by FBA centre if bluedart does not reach the centre for delivery not at the appointment slot?

Can ayone help me with ATS manager reaching out details as we need to deliver the shipment to BOM7- Biwandi Maharashtra location.
