Customer Reviews Missing in App
Why does the Amazon Seller App not have a way to see Customer Reviews? It seems like if Feedback is something you can view, that Customer Product Reviews should also be in the app. It seems like an easy thing to add.

Tatiana from Amazon here. Are you the registered brand owner for your products? There is a Customer Reviews mobile page on the Amazon Seller App, but it can only be accessed by the registered owner of the brand.
If you are the registered brand owner and you're not seeing this page on your mobile app, please enter a case with Seller Support as they will be able to help diagnose the issue. You can provide the case ID to me and I will help follow up on it.
