OUR FBA PRODUCT LISTED AS NON-RETURNABLE WHILE ALL COMPETITORS LISTED AS RETURNABLE

We listed a product and were set up as "non-returnable" while all our competitors are listed as returnable.

We have gone back and forth with Amazon for about a month and a half and have gotten absolutely no where. We have been told it is due to our product type so we changed the product type as suggested and nothing changes. We have been told it is due to the GL category Drugstore yet we've had reps pull up at least 15 competitor ASINS that ARE returnable and all representatives have confirmed the competitors have the same GL is our product.

Last representative told us to change the browse node by deleting the listing, waiting 24 hours and then adding the product via a flat file. We did this as well and we are still listed as non-returnable.

Does anyone have any idea how this "non-returnable" option is selected by Amazon and if so do you know how to change this?

Apologies this situation is occurring. Would it be possible for you to share the most recent CASE ID filed with Selling Partner Support regarding this issue so I can begin investigating?

Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
