I'm desperate, I lost my cart due to a bug in the system!

4 days ago, 8 of the better selling items in my account suddenly lost their carts, and all at the same time, which is rare. And these 8 items were all items that have been selling for a long time, with good product reviews and user feedback. I suspected that this was caused by a bug in the system and it was verified on the official Amazon discussion forum as there were already some sellers feeding back the same thing. However, I couldn't get any help when I asked for official assistance, and their answer was always the standard reply that there is no problem with the system.

It's now day 4 and the item still has no cart and you can only watch the sales continue to drop! I'm desperate, I know it's a bug in the system but no one can come and deal with it.
