FBA Shipment Marked Short Shipped – Proof Ignored – Request Escalation
Hello team,
I am facing an issue with my FBA Shipment FBA15K54FBBW, where Amazon claims I sent only 42 units and marked 2 units of FNSKU: X0029HK19F as short-shipped.
However, I shipped 44 units, and I have submitted full proof multiple times to Seller Support including:
All my evidence in one file
- Delivery Challan showing 44 units
- My handwritten quantity confirmation & signature
- Pickup agent’s signature and vehicle number
- Screenshot showing the shipment was in “Receiving” status
- Product label sheet for FNSKU: X0029HK19F
- Screenshot of April 10 email (which was just a policy update, not short-shipment notice)
Despite this, my reimbursement has been denied again and again with copy-paste replies. No one is addressing my actual proof or verifying at the Fulfillment Center.
I have combined all this proof into one PDF file. Since forum doesn’t allow external links, I am ready to provide it via Seller Support or if an Amazon moderator contacts me here.
I kindly request this be escalated to the FC audit team or leadership. This is the second time I’ve faced such a receiving issue. I’m asking only for a fair review and correction.
