@Sakura_Amazon_ I understand this might sound unusual, but please consider this: you're asking what works for us as sellers, but the reality is, we don't have many options. E-commerce largely operates on a trial-and-error basis—we implement something with the hope of increasing sales, and if it doesn’t work, we try something else. The challenge is that we rarely understand why a particular effort didn’t work because there’s no feedback loop. We don’t know why customers didn’t engage. I believe sellers should be given some level of access to engage with buyers. This interaction would help us better understand customer needs, reduce the guesswork, and avoid wasting time and money on repeated trials. Ultimately, this would drive better sales performance, not just for sellers, but for Amazon as well.
