I sold an item via seller fulfilled which I had in the past changed to Amazon Fufilled in anticipation of including it into an FBA shipment to a fulfillment center. But before I could do that, an order for it came in as seller fufilled. However this item is not showing up on my Manage Orders page. orders since that are showing up. I am concerned and would like to make sure payment is going to my account. When I check "Manage Orders on my seller app, the sold item shows up as an order. But not on my Windows laptop. This order has to be shipped today. But I'd like to know what's going on with this sale. I tried filing a case, but haven't heard back. In fact I don't even know how to see if I've heard back. I have managed to find the case (filed 1 1/2 hour ago) on my phone. Status is "pending amazon action". As I said, this order is on it's deadline date to be shipped today.
