Factory Needs Amazon Global Logistics Address in US
Hey, everyone. So we are created shipment with Global Logistics, and our factory in China is asking for the address in the US where the product will end up. AGL hasn't been able to get back to us in a couple weeks of asking for this. Has anyone else dealt with this? All we need is a full address instead of the "Amazon Distribution Center - US" that is provided by AGL. We use Amazon Warehousing and Distribution. We're just trying to get this stuff sent to Amazon, by Amazon.

Happy to jump in here. This question has been asked a few times in the past by different sellers in the forums, you can view one of the threads here. In order to ship items to an Amazon FC, you will need to create a shipment within Seller Central using the Send to Amazon workflow, and then provide that information to your factory.
