PENDING ORDER 76 PENDING ORDERS
I have 76 pending orders. Ussally I have about 20 pending orders.
SS tells me it's because customer did not pay for them .
How is it possible? Orders were created, but payment did not went throw?
I found it unbelivable. and all 76 of them?
I am not getting paid for over a week

Pending orders remain until the buyer fixes the payment issue or they fall off.

Thanks for posting this here on the forums, I'll be happy to take a look at this. Are these pending orders still there? Additionally, do you have the case numbers where you contacted Seller Support? Pending orders generally fall off after 21 days, but there are circumstances where they may linger longer. Get back to me with the case information and I'll look into these orders!

yeah I have 60 pending orders and that take the inventory out of stock and we have to wait 21 days until they realize that person doesn't want to pay for the product and replenish my inventory
