NEW SCAM by customers
A new scam is generated today, customers are placing orders, got the product and then ask for refund.
Amazon initiated the refunds to customers as there policy.
Seller has to bear the loss, but have the opportunity to claim the amount under file a T - claim.
But that shows that this product is not eligible for jow to be claimed.
Also amazon has given customer a right that they can complaint that this product is not genuine, just receive the refund for the product that they received.
But who is getting the violations we *SELLERS*.
Please be aware of such scams otherwise you will loose your seller account.

Yes Facing the same issue. My fraud customer location mainly is Karnataka location. the customers buy product and return but in comparison with other location same product return ratio is only 2% but Karnataka location return ration is 94% for the same product.

The issue happened to me also , buyer placed the order and cancel my product COST IS 32000 Rs . the amazon customer support service message again and again to me that the buyer wants to return the product and i issued refund bcus i dont know the policy that we should not issue refund , then in return my product is lost in transit from BHIWANDI [ Maharashtra ] after this no update on tracking id and the product is lost in transit , now i unable to file safety claim its showing that you are not eligible to file safety claim bcus issue refunded , and product lost intransitt and amazon team not giving any valid response to me and solution , they simply esclating that you issued the refund but not giving any response about my product lost, i told ask to the BHIWANDI - BRT Maharashtra team either give my product back or give reimbursement but they wrap up and got give any response about this they are saying ATSPL courier team is different we are different safety claim team is different , useless and baseless response i know seller support team for any issue its amazon duty to solve my problem , 4,5 coordinator suggest me to google atspl bhiwandi warehouse number and call ask where is my order id product ? is this kapil sharma comedy night show, joke or what ?
The only solution people suggest me to file complaint on the consumer court forum and take action.

Actually, the whole game is for traffic only. These policies will never change, but after few cases amazon blocks such consumer's account. This is the problem of such fraud customers and Indian mentality.

You are absolutely right, Sir. The "out of policy" approval from Amazon to customers is also a scam. This approach is causing sellers to lose confidence in the platform and move to Flipkart. Amazon needs to safeguard sellers' rights and support them for smoother operations.
