Amazon Wholesale: Compliance Document Requirements
Is a compliance document necessary if we are working on Amazon as a wholesale model, or not? Why is a compliance document necessary even if we haven't created any listings? For which categories is a compliance document necessary? And if it is necessary, where can we get it? Will the brand provide it, or do we need to get it from somewhere else?

Think of it like driving on a public road; just because you can afford to buy a car does NOT mean you have the right to operate it on a public road UNTIL you receive a driver's license. IF you drive without one and are caught, the penalties are severe.
This is very similar to Selling on Amazon. You MUST learn the "Rules of the road" here BEFORE you get "Pulled-over" and have your "License suspended".
This is the BEST advice you are likely to receive this year.
