As long as you do not have any other account health impact for the next few months you will be ok. It is against policy to list something you do not have in stock. Retail Arbitrage and drop shipping will get your account suspended. Make sure you go through Amazon seller university and read forum posts or your account will be banned for life in no time. Amazon is NOT a learn as you go platform.

If you've had only one order, and canceled only one order, then the math is that you've canceled 100% of orders, so that part is correct.

Since you are only getting a warning, that mean's to not mess up again. Why did you cancel the order? What have you done to make sure that you don't have to cancel an order in the future?

Note that it's not the negative feedback that caused the problem, it was the canceling of the order.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues that have occurred with your order defect rate metric. I understand that you had to cancel an order and it has resulted in the metric going off target. If you do not have a high sales volume, then any hit to the metric will significantly impact where it is currently.

If the metric is off target, then you may see the 'at-risk' banner on your account health page. If the banner is missing an appeal button, then it is there to bring attention to the current state of the metric. The recommendation for this would be to monitor the metric as mentioned in the thread.

If it continues to remain off target, then you may have an additional request for information made from you. This would require providing details to why the metric is off target and why the order was cancelled. You will want to monitor the banner and performance notifications as this is where it would be indicated if additional information is needed.

Please continue to refer to the thread for any additional questions or updates on this situation.
