SP-API Integration clarity

Hello! would like to have a bit more clarity regarding SP-API integration. So we are a start-up and have a private seller app, we already self authorized our app, got the client ID and client secret. What is the last step to begin the integration?

I also do not understand why the main user is the inly one capable to see the "Dveloper app" tab. In my case, the main user of our seller central account is not a developer, is the CFO and the rest of us (secondary users) are the developers, business managers, etc.

How can my developer begin the integration, what is the last step? Is it mandatory to do a developer central account? Because according the videos and Developer.docs is you are a private seller app, we can login from seller central account...am I wrong? I would appreciate your help a lot because I have sent emails and asked to support center and haven't had any successful reply.

Hello @Seller_oqq2gbgESSevF,

Thank you for your post.

Now that you have the client ID and client secret, the next step is to implement the OAuth 2.0 authorization process. Refer to the Selling Partner API Overview.

Upon submitting your developer profile, a support case is created, and the team will provide necessary details for registration.

Check the documentation for detailed information regarding SP-API developer registration.

I recommend as well to check the Selling Partner API Frequently asked questions help page.

Once registered, reach out to the Amazon Seller Partner API Support for further clarification (login required)

I hope this helps clarify things a bit for you. Let us know.

Cheers, Ezra
