Re-verification issues - Business Type no option for individual seller

Hello, I am a Chinese individual seller and I registered with my Chinese ID card.
I received an email on May 5th with the subject "Action Required: Re-Verify Your Amazon Seller Account" asking to complete the re-verification, but there is no option for the individual seller type.
When I typed there was no option for individual sellers so I couldn't verify it. If I choose the "Private Enterprise" option, I need to provide a business license, but since I am registered with a Chinese ID card, I cannot upload the business license. Can you provide me the link to the uploaded information of the individual seller?
