Rights Owner retracted the complaint, Amazon says its not retracted

I have been fighting off an IP Complaint which has been retracted by R.O. multiple times. I have screenshots & e-mails confirming that they did but Amazon is saying its not been retracted. Please help me.

The RO has to send the retraction to Amazon-not you.

There is no case ID associated with this complaint. It is violation on my account. I can give the merchant token so that you can access the account.

I see you had previously provided a complaint ID, we do not have access to these but I do see that the ASIN: B08KKTZG9R was branded to "HIM" was this who issued the complaint? What type of infringement type was this related to?

They did send them retraction.

When was the retraction sent, and was it sent by the brand or rights owner who issued the complaint? Depending on when it was received it may take some time to process, but a notification should be received once they complete their review, have you since received any follow up information?
