Being ungated by Amazon does not give you legal authorization by the BRAND to represent and sell their BRAND on Amazon.
Being ungated only means that there is available space for you to represent and sell the BRAND once you get your BRAND authorization.
Your first step should be to get authorization directly from the BRAND not supplier that licenses you to sell the BRAND on Amazon.

Amazon requires approval to sell in many categories, brands, and products. In most situations, a direct invoice from the brand is required. As @Seller_R6Pw3cjCRwLNPand @Seller_AevYmOVtgtKV2 said, it needs to be a valid approval directly from the brand.
A letter of authorization (LOA) can also be a valuable addition if you’re sourcing directly from the brand or their manufacturer.
