Amazon now offering our goods for free!
Hi,
We make cardboard boxes and packaging and we have spotted a new disturbing trend.
We have now had 3 buyers contact us with the same comment. Basically they need to return an item to Amazon but have destroyed the packaging so they have contacted Amazon who have told them as it is a return they can buy packaging from us and we will refund them the cost so they can send the return back at no cost to them.
We are directing them back to Amazon Customer Service but in 2 cases so far had to open an Safe-T claim as they then refund the customer from our funds.
Just go to show they view sellers as subsideries rather than customers.
