Help with negative feedback removal please! And a discrepancy in feedback removal reasons between sellers and customers on Amazon's own policy?

I have been appealing this over and over to no avail. Can someone please step in here? This is in regards to order 113-8838346-6728243. Customer says "Need to receive refund". In this case, they opened a return, then immediately left this one star rating. We received their return and processed their refund asap, and we apologized that the refund did not happen immediately when they opened the return (even though we wanted the item back first to inspect it)
The Case ID that is open is CASE 17121223601. Please hear me out on this next part. On Amazon's own customer review guidelines page, it says the following:
What's not allowed
Seller, order, or shipping feedback
We don't allow reviews or questions and answers that focus on:
Sellers and the Customer Service they provide
Ordering issues and returns
Shipping packaging
Product condition and damage
Shipping cost and speed
It states that these types of reviews are NOT allowed, but why is this contradictory to reasons for feedback removal on the seller side? This is what I would consider a customer service related issue that was resolved quickly, but I keep getting the same responses to the case "This feedback is not eligible for removal this is our final decision etc etc"
So why is it that Amazon states on the customer review requirements that reviews like the one we received are subject to removal, but sellers cannot actually get these removed? Can a mod please review this? We are getting our reviews back on track this year, and the answer for removal requests seems HIGHLY dependent on which Amazon team member sees the case first and how they interpret the Amazon policy.

This, technically, is not eligible for removal according to Amazon's own feedback removal policy.
However, I would contact the mods on the forums and see if they are willing to contact the appropriate department and see if they can argue in your favor.

Amazon Feedback system is retarded and designed to harm sellers and not accurately provide feedback especially when you only get 5-10 feedback total per 1k shipped orders.

I think you may be referring to product reviews, as this does not make any sense. Why would you not be able to give seller feedback....about seller feedback?

Removal of feedback
Amazon will remove feedback if it determines doing so is necessary because of the following cases:
The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.
The entire feedback comment is a product review. For example, “The Acme Super-Widget lacks the sharpness and speed of the Acme Ultra Widget.”
However, if the comment contains both a product review and feedback about your service, we will not remove the feedback. For example, “Seller’s shipping service was very slow, and the Acme Super-Widget lacks the sharpness and speed of the Acme Ultra Widget.”
