Sometimes there can be a delay between the courier's delivery confirmation and the update in Amazon's system. This delay is usually resolved within 24-48 hours.
If the status doesn't change after 48 hours, you can manually mark the order as delivered in Seller Central. Go to the "Manage Orders" section, find the specific order, and look for an option to update the status to "Delivered."
If you can't update the status manually or if the issue persists, reach out to Amazon Seller Support. They can investigate the discrepancy and update the status on their end if necessary.
