Compliance review stuck in Under Review Action required for over a month

We have a listing that is important to us that had a compliance request for the UL testing docs that was submitted near 6/1/24 that has not had any activity on it. It showed rejected about two weeks in but no notes on it so I added some more photos of any information I could find but it is still showing the under review status with action required under it. Neither the case nor the request show any follow up notes to go by. Any help would be great.
