AMAZON need your help! He needs his 2FA disabled so he can change his phone number. He got rid of his phone number because he was getting spam calls and sms, an obnotious amount. He forgot to change his number on his account ( Account: License Plate Freak ). He's done the recovery where he submits a legal document / photo and it says Amazon will disable once reviewed within 2 days. Its BEEN 3 days and he has orders he needs to fullfill but can't log in.

If you still can't sign in, to recover your account:
1. Go to Two-Step Verification Account Recovery.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to upload your identity document.
Make sure that your name and address, and the issuing authority (for example, state or country) are visible.
Cover, conceal, or remove sensitive information such as account numbers or identification numbers.
The verification process can take 1-2 days to complete. We'll email you to confirm once Two-Step Verification has been disabled. You'll then be able to access your account with only your password.

First: never ever log into YOUR account from a wifi he uses or he used in the past, because that would deactivate your account too immediately
If he is the owner of the "Primary account manager" email he can install an authenticator app on this new phone, on his computer or on his tablet.
I fear you will now tell us that he lost access to his primary account manager email....
