I'm confused. for “Prep required: Poly bagging”
My item was packaged in a cardboard box and when I shipped it, Amazon asked me to use a Poly Bag. I was unable to change the option. I submitted a complaint and case responded with a denial and was unable to submit a second time for 90 days. Please resolve this for me. I am in a hurry. This is delaying my plans and shipping!
