you can click on the order no and get the tax invoice.

Go to
Menu - Reports - Manage Taxes
Use GST Monthly Reports - for end of month reports, generally available by 5th of next month.
Use GST On Demand Reports - for intermediate period of a month.
Download the reports. You will find all the required information.
If you want to keep copies of invoices, go to Manage Orders - FBA Orders - On the right you will find Print tax invoice option for each orders.
