Unfortunately, by you not having a verified account it is against Amazon TOS. We have to play by their rules. They’re not just going to bend the rules for one person. Theres a reason these legal practises are in place as the other person above me said. It’s to prevent money laundering and other financial means. If they can’t verify you, then you can’t sell on Amazon. You have to remember these are legal enterprises its not just some black market where anyone can set up shop. My advise would be to create a case with Amazon. And as annoying as it will be. You’ll have to keep going round in circles until you get the answer you’re looking for. Good luck

Our account is deactivated / suspended for almost 4 months now and it seems they don’t care. And despite providing all documents. We also have payments pending which they’re not providing. Is this a joke Amazon UK?

Pretty sure opening up another account would be pointless as they will link your information. This can be bank details, address or IP.
Amazon are pretty astute when it comes to this sort of thing.
