dear team, we suddedly lauch our brand on amazon, we applied for trade mark registration, but my trade mark status is pending for registration , unfortunateley other seller mapped my lisitn, please help me how to remove other seller from our lisitng.

i am also facing this issue even i have a registered trade mark. i report so many complaint but did not get any solution. Amazon brand registry also not accepting my application we also registered on amazon brand registry. i did not get any solution from any amazon seller support or any services

In your Account Health Dashboard there is a link to report abuse of Amazon policies. It is possible to submit a Public Notice Form when you click on the Intellectual Property (Copyright, Trademark, Patent) violation section.
